Valeria and Zachary | A Hotel Parq Central Wedding | Albuquerque Wedding Photographer | Santa Fe, NM Wedding Photographers

A Hotel Parq Central Wedding in Albuquerque, New Mexico

Valeria and Zachary had their wedding ceremony at the stunning San Jose Parish located in Downtown Albuquerque. This beautiful catholic church was built in 1938!

Albuquerque history will be mentioned several times in this blog because their wedding was full of our culture and history. The couple made great choices on their wedding and reception venues, as well as their wedding photographer, of course! Take a look at some of the amazing architecture yourself!

After the ceremony was finished we went over to Hotel Parq Central which is also in the Downtown Albuquerque area. This is another historical building here in Albuquerque. Hotel Parq Central was built in 1926! The newlywed’s entire wedding is steeped in rich Albuquerque history.

The rooftop lounge in the hotel gave us a bird’s eye view of Downtown Albuquerque and our amazing Southwest sunset which provided us with some great intimate photos of the Bride and Groom. I love the way the sunset shines behind them in these photos. What great memories they will be able to look back on and cherish as they build a life together.

Another great thing about this hotel is that they only host one wedding per day. So our couple had the full attention they deserved during this once in a lifetime event.

Valeria looked absolutely stunning in her long white lace wedding gown and veil. Her newlywed husband, Zachary looked equally dapper wearing a dark blue suit with brown dress shoes and a pale pink bowtie. They had their little man dressed up in the same outfit, so cute!

The bridesmaids wore pale pink dresses matching the groomsmen’s pink ties. Their flower bouquets brought the whole look together with green foliage and pink and white roses and carnations. The whole wedding party gathered around Hotel Parq’s green garden and tranquil fountain for some great pictures together.

I really loved the large staircase in front of the hotel and the balcony that emphasizes the historic architecture of this building. So many gorgeous opportunities for some great wedding photos. I couldn’t be happier with how they came out!

Congratulations Valeria and Zachary, it was wonderful getting to partner with you on your big day. We wish nothing but the best for you and your family!

Hayley and Kelbey had an enchanting Spring wedding at Sandia Resort & Casino. This New Mexico wedding venue is the perfect place for an outdoor wedding. The location boasts stunning mountain views, as they are located near the Sandia Mountains. Check out the breathtaking venue for yourself in the wedding photography below.

Sandia Resort and Casino ranks high on the list of must-have venues for outdoor weddings in New Mexico. This wedding venue takes care of everything from tons of event space to catering options and an Event Planner to help make your special day perfect. You know what they say, a picture is worth a thousand words, so keep scrolling to see more of Hayley and Kelbey’s stunning wedding photography.

This wedding was so beautiful, more than words could ever say. I mean, look at those flower bouquets! This wasn’t the work of a florist they hired, but their very own family. Can you believe it? These lush green bouquets came out so uniquely stunning. The periwinkle bridesmaid‘s dresses popped behind the ravishing flower bouquets making for some fabulous photography shots.

Everything about this outdoor wedding was put together so beautifully. The Sandia Resort and Casino venue complimented the efforts put into picking out every design detail. Our beautiful blue New Mexico skies resting above our majestic mountain range and Sandia’s luscious green grass below tied the whole breathtaking outdoor wedding together. There is no point in perfecting the flowers, groomsmen outfits, bridesmaid dresses, the wedding gown and everything in between if you don’t have a stunning venue to complement your hard work.

Another thing we’ve noticed about Sandia Resort and Casino is that it makes travel arrangements for friends and family so convenient! The resort is located only minutes from the Albuquerque International Sunport and they can stay right where your wedding venue is located inside one of Sandia’s enchanting southwestern rooms.

We have done wedding photography for numerous weddings held at Sandia Resort and Casino and I can say that it never disappoints. Their land is a stunning backdrop for all types of photography that you can look back on to cherish every special moment, especially the day you marry the love of your life.

There are many good reasons to choose an outdoor wedding for your special day. It has the flexibility of catering to a huge guest list for big families or an intimate wedding with your closest loved ones. Also, natural lighting is a professional photographer’s dream. Outdoor weddings often have more decor possibilities than an indoor wedding that can sometimes restrict your options.

Whether you choose a big beautiful chapel, a mountainous outdoor wedding, or travel to elope on a sandy beach, you want to make sure that you have a photographer who can adapt to all environments for the best pictures. We believe that we are that photographer and our gallery of different weddings prove it.

This Spring wedding had a tropical theme that was so refreshing in the middle of our desert heat. They accented the tables with big palm leaves, featured lilies in all of the boutiques and had the groom wear a long tropical fern leaf lei. All they were missing was the beach!

The bride was absolutely gorgeous wearing an off-the-shoulder lace wedding dress with an updo adorned with lillies. Her husband-to-be looked striking in his black suit and dress shoes with a periwinkle tie that matched the bridesmaid’s dresses.

The lush green landscaping at Hotel Albuquerque really set off the couple’s tropical themed wedding. The wedding photography amongst all the greenery really makes you feel as if they were somewhere tropical. Their vision was brought to life through their wedding portraits, which is hard to do in a dry desert. Of course, if you have the right photographer we can make magic happen!

Periwinkle blue seems to be the “in” color for bridesmaid dresses in 2019. The great thing about this color is that it works for any season! You can pair it with warm colors for Fall and Winter, bright colors for Summer and pastels in Spring. Periwinkle blue is quite versatile, no wonder brides are picking this color for their 2019 weddings.

The groomsmen also looked strikingly handsome in their matching groomsmen outfits with periwinkle blue ties. The entire wedding party looked amazing! This made my job as a wedding photographer a lot easier. I had a wonderful canvas to work with.
