Noah’s Event Center Wedding in Albuquerque, New Mexico

Amber and Otto had a gorgeous wedding at Noah’s Event Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This cozy venue packs a punch with its open spaces and ceremony area that opens up into the courtyard. Friends and family gathered inside where they were covered from the sun as the wedding party lined up in the courtyard where Amber and Otto committed their lives to each other for better and for worse.

Amber was dressed in a breathtaking lace gown that draped to the ground and wore her hair in an updo with cascading curls that framed her face. Her bridesmaids each wore flowy burgundy dresses that complimented the burgundy ties the men were wearing.

The groomsmen were dressed to the nine in their grey suits and black dress shoes. And the groom looked mighty dapper in his black suit and grey tie which set him apart from the groomsmen. The flower bouquets held white, pink and deep red roses with green foliage that spilled out the sides.

Noah’s Event Center did not disappoint. The venue was perfect for the beautiful decor at this wedding. There were so many special little details. From the fresh plants on the chair ends to the flowing fabric that hung from the ceilings with soft twinkle lights behind, everything looked magical.

The tables at the reception were beautifully decorated with white linen and burgundy napkins folded into triangles. The centerpiece featured lanterns with white candles inside and green foliage around it. Each guest received a cute little brown box at their table that held their special wedding favor.

The delicious cake was a simple elegant white 3 tiered cake with beautiful roses to match their color scheme and a topper that reads, “finally”. lol, That might be a little clue as to how long it took Otto to propose. Better late than never, right??

What a fun wedding! Oh! And I can’t forget the awesome prop the guys brought out for their part of the wedding photoshoot. An awesome blue old school car! It was a total guy thing, and I loved it! This is what a wedding is all about, family, friends, love, and adding special touches that are meaningful to you.

At the end of the day, it isn’t about having the best wedding to compete with your peers, it isn’t about having the coolest entertainment, or the most expensive attire. Your wedding is about bringing family and friends together to celebrate the love you and your significant other have for each other.

These moments shouldn’t be stressful, they should be fond memories that you can look back on for years to come. We love that we get to deliver the best part of the wedding day (besides marrying the love of your life). We deliver sweet memories that will be cherished.

Alex and Ivan | A Los Poblanos Wedding 6.15.19 | Lavender Field Wedding

Lavender Field Wedding at Los Poblanos Ranch

Los Poblanos is one of my favorite wedding venues to photograph. It is nestled in the North Valley of Albuquerque, New Mexico; It is definitely a hidden treasure. This is the best place to go if you’re looking for a lavender field wedding. The aroma of lavender caresses your nose as soon as you drive up to the oasis.

This is a lush green location that many people wouldn’t expect in the desert of New Mexico. Our state has hidden treasures everywhere, it just takes a little exploring.

Los Poblanos Historic Inn and Organic Farm is a diamond in the rough. Albuquerque often gets a bad rap, when places like this aren’t pointed out as often as they should be. Albuquerque has more to offer than some may think.

Los Poblanos is a high-end Bed and Breakfast that features a farm-to-table restaurant and an outdoor pool. If you’re looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city for a peaceful outdoor wedding, this is the place.

I can’t get over how beautiful the landscaping is here. I had so many different opportunities for some really amazing wedding portraits. The atmosphere here is just astounding, it is such a romantic Inn. The majestic trees at the venue shaded guests as Alex and Ivan said their I do’s.

Alex resembled a greek goddess in her laurel wreath and fitted lace wedding dress. She was absolutely breathtaking. The green foliage in her wedding bouquet matched the surroundings of the lush farm perfectly.

The bridesmaids each wore different styled dresses that came together with their contrasting shades of burgundy. They lightened the colors up with light gray suits for the groomsmen which brought that summer feel to their wedding attire.

We’ve had the privilege of being able to shoot several weddings at Los Poblanos Historic Inn and Organic Farm. If you’d like to see more wedding photography at this venue and many other hidden gems, take a look at our gallery here.

We’d love to capture the once in a lifetime moments at your wedding too! The reason we do what we do is so our clients can cherish their memories year after year. Book your wedding with us as soon as you can so we can schedule your complimentary engagement photo session too!

This Spring wedding had a tropical theme that was so refreshing in the middle of our desert heat. They accented the tables with big palm leaves, featured lilies in all of the boutiques and had the groom wear a long tropical fern leaf lei. All they were missing was the beach!

The bride was absolutely gorgeous wearing an off-the-shoulder lace wedding dress with an updo adorned with lillies. Her husband-to-be looked striking in his black suit and dress shoes with a periwinkle tie that matched the bridesmaid’s dresses.

The lush green landscaping at Hotel Albuquerque really set off the couple’s tropical themed wedding. The wedding photography amongst all the greenery really makes you feel as if they were somewhere tropical. Their vision was brought to life through their wedding portraits, which is hard to do in a dry desert. Of course, if you have the right photographer we can make magic happen!

Periwinkle blue seems to be the “in” color for bridesmaid dresses in 2019. The great thing about this color is that it works for any season! You can pair it with warm colors for Fall and Winter, bright colors for Summer and pastels in Spring. Periwinkle blue is quite versatile, no wonder brides are picking this color for their 2019 weddings.

The groomsmen also looked strikingly handsome in their matching groomsmen outfits with periwinkle blue ties. The entire wedding party looked amazing! This made my job as a wedding photographer a lot easier. I had a wonderful canvas to work with.
