Noah’s Event Center Wedding in Albuquerque, New Mexico

Amber and Otto had a gorgeous wedding at Noah’s Event Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This cozy venue packs a punch with its open spaces and ceremony area that opens up into the courtyard. Friends and family gathered inside where they were covered from the sun as the wedding party lined up in the courtyard where Amber and Otto committed their lives to each other for better and for worse.

Amber was dressed in a breathtaking lace gown that draped to the ground and wore her hair in an updo with cascading curls that framed her face. Her bridesmaids each wore flowy burgundy dresses that complimented the burgundy ties the men were wearing.

The groomsmen were dressed to the nine in their grey suits and black dress shoes. And the groom looked mighty dapper in his black suit and grey tie which set him apart from the groomsmen. The flower bouquets held white, pink and deep red roses with green foliage that spilled out the sides.

Noah’s Event Center did not disappoint. The venue was perfect for the beautiful decor at this wedding. There were so many special little details. From the fresh plants on the chair ends to the flowing fabric that hung from the ceilings with soft twinkle lights behind, everything looked magical.

The tables at the reception were beautifully decorated with white linen and burgundy napkins folded into triangles. The centerpiece featured lanterns with white candles inside and green foliage around it. Each guest received a cute little brown box at their table that held their special wedding favor.

The delicious cake was a simple elegant white 3 tiered cake with beautiful roses to match their color scheme and a topper that reads, “finally”. lol, That might be a little clue as to how long it took Otto to propose. Better late than never, right??

What a fun wedding! Oh! And I can’t forget the awesome prop the guys brought out for their part of the wedding photoshoot. An awesome blue old school car! It was a total guy thing, and I loved it! This is what a wedding is all about, family, friends, love, and adding special touches that are meaningful to you.

At the end of the day, it isn’t about having the best wedding to compete with your peers, it isn’t about having the coolest entertainment, or the most expensive attire. Your wedding is about bringing family and friends together to celebrate the love you and your significant other have for each other.

These moments shouldn’t be stressful, they should be fond memories that you can look back on for years to come. We love that we get to deliver the best part of the wedding day (besides marrying the love of your life). We deliver sweet memories that will be cherished.

National Hispanic Cultural Center Wedding in Albuquerque, New Mexico

Congratulations Shaina and Hector! We wish you many, many years of happiness! These two were married at a little hidden gem; The National Hispanic Cultural Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico. One wouldn’t expect the beauty that was found here, we had great opportunities for some beautiful pictures!

The wide grey stone stairway was my favorite spot for wedding photographs. The stairs swept upward in a seemingly endless fashion behind the wedding party for a unique backdrop that captures the eye.

The bright grey stone went flawlessly with the steel-colored suits the groomsmen wore and the maroon bridesmaid’s dresses. '

The brick pathways and wooden beams were other pleasant surprises for a wedding photographer. The architecture left us with modern accents throughout Shaina and Hector’s wedding photos. The National Hispanic Cultural Center has definitely made its way onto my list of exceptional wedding venues.

The bride and groom had an outdoor wedding surrounded by friends and family. Shaina carried a beautiful flower bouquet that featured bright yellow sunflowers. Later in the night, they moved inside for their reception and a little surprise… They’re expecting! Instead of the traditional cake cutting ceremony, they threw in a little twist and had a gender reveal right there!

They cut into the cake that was filled with colored icing that would reveal the gender of their new baby, and we made sure to capture the excitement on their faces as they found out, in front of their loved ones, that they’re having a…

Well, I don’t want to spoil the surprise, keep scrolling to see!

I think another congratulations is in store, don’t you? Congratulations on the baby BOY!! What an exciting day! First, they profess their love to each other in front of their family and friends, then they get the best surprise in their wedding cake… They’re having a baby boy!

All of this in the company of family and friends. These two have a lot to celebrate, and celebrate they did!

I was just as pleasantly surprised with the reception area at the National Hispanic Cultural Center as I was with the outside area! You can see that a lot of thought and detail went into these buildings. Large wooden beams and elegant light fixtures accented the space making for more beautiful wedding photography.

Albuquerque has many hidden gems and is a wonderful place for a wedding. I’ve gotten to travel the entire Albuquerque area discovering these lovely places with my wedding couples. If you’re in the middle of planning your own wedding, check out our gallery for some wedding inspiration here!
